Doxdirect: Online Printing vs. In Store Printing

Thursday, February 24th, 2011

Most of us are in need, at least once, of professional printing. Let’s face it; at some point in life, it’ll sneak up on us. Where are you going to turn? What is the best way to get a great bang for the money you’ll spend? When you spend money, you want to get the best for it, right? I mean, unless you just have limitless amounts of money and don’t really care where it goes…but unfortunately, that’s not the majority of us. So here you come to a roadblock: print using an online company or print using an in store company.

When you go through the route of printing in store, you’ll be able to see examples right in front of you. Tangible examples that you can feel and see right before you, but sometimes the choices are limited more at the store. With in store printing, you’ll also have to calculate the amount of gas you’ll be using to get to the store to drop off your order and pick it up. The inconvenience is a big factor.  You are, however, able to talk one on one with a worker so it feels more personal.

Shopping for prints online can be scary. A lot of time, you feel like you’re not going to get the right prints for you like you would being able to talk to someone face to face in a store. Usually when you buy prints online, you’re able to have more customizing authority than you are in a store, since that online printing companies are able to spend more time and money providing those options. The pricing of prints is generally equal between both online and in store, but shopping online allows you to not worry about spending gas to go anywhere.

Doxdirect provides the best of both worlds, a service that offers custom online printing for uk companies, whether small or large. This is a cutting edge organisation that provides you, the valued customer, with the opportunity to be guided through each step of the way, giving you the personal attention you need to make the right purchase. You won’t have to spend the money to get to a store and their pricing is suitable to fit any budget. So sit back, relax and make a secure purchase through Doxdirect and know that you got the best of both worlds.

Sofa Beds for Sleeping and Sitting

Wednesday, February 16th, 2011

Since its invention and patent in 1899 by L.C. Bailey, the term sofa bed or hide a bed has been a staple in mostly smaller homes.  Most families slept in the same bed.  Even company shared the bed when they slept over. The idea of having another place for them to sleep was a huge relief.  The sofa bed’s dual purpose use and space saving contributions make it very popular especially in depression era homes.  With small living spaces and the need to use each room for many different purposes the sofa bed was a piece of furniture that was found in many homes and is even found to be quite functional and convenient in today’s day and age.

A sofa bed is pretty much what it sounds like.  A couch, that when its cushions are removed, has a pull out metal frame with a thin futon like mattress.  Sofa beds come is different styles and sizes.  They are sorted accordingly, from the cot sized, chair bed to the queen sized sofa bed.  Almost all sofa beds contain the standard bar and canvas mechanisms that have been seen for years in the sofa bed.  However there are a few newer models that can be found to have alternative mechanisms.

Sofa beds are usually three person couches that can be changed into a sleeper bed. This larger sized couch would usually have a queen sized sleeper bed hidden away under the couch cushions.  There are also sofa beds that are two person couches. These types of sofa beds are known as love seat sleepers. The term love seat comes from the fact that since they are smaller in size you should be comfortable enough with how close you would be to the person next to you.  The love seat sofa bed is usually a twin sized bed.   The average thickness of the sofa bed mattress is usually 4.5 inches but can be found either thicker or thinner depending on mattress choices that are available to the buyer.

When shopping for new furniture, keep in mind the multi-purpose, stylish and affordable sofa bed.  It can make the best use of your living space and add beauty at the same time.
